Easy Macaroni Egg Salad

A simple Japanese style Macaroni Salad na sigurado kong Tugma sa Panlasa ng mga Pinoy..Want to try?




Heres the Ingredients..

2 cups elbow Macaroni ( Cooked )
1 cup Mayonaise or add more according sa like nyo
black pepper and salt to taste
4 boiled egg,chopped
1 large thinly sliced white onion..( Chilled Onion from the Fridge)
some parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp maybe is enough



adding a small amount of sugar is okay too like 1 tsp ..

adding your favorite veggies is fine too..like lettuce,cucumber,corn,carrots and so on..
but onion is important sa recipe na to kahit no added veggies pa,

this is not a sweet macaroni salad na tulad ng tagalog ...its like side dish meal not dessert..
minsan pulutan pa nga ng Mr ko..


PROCEDURE,,
First step ,to make it short ..ihanda ang luto ng macaroni sa isang mixing bowl..
combine all the ingredients and adjust the taste according to your prefference..
at budburan ng parmesan cheese kung desired

then chill in the fridge for an hours before serving.,,
