Double Chocolate Pound Cake with Almond Flour

As simple as muffin ..just use different baking tray..
i used aluminum baking tray..

My son requested this today para daw sa GF nya..




Mga Sangkap

3 whole eggs
1 cup Cake Flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour
200 ml whip cream/heavy cream
pinch salt
2/3 cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence /i used 2 drops of Rum essence
1/2 cup of milk choco chips

Procedure is tulad ng sa Muffin Video Tutorial that i made last time..just
use a different tray..
Kapag naiba ang lulutuan baking tray..magiiba den po ang tagal ng oras ng pag bake

Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius
Baking time 28 to 30 minutes..
use sharp tools to check kung luto or hilaw pa..

Paghahanda at pagluluto..

1.Batihin ang itlog at asukal adding vanilla essence..then set aside

2..sa bukod na mixing bowl batihin ang chilled whip cream using electric beater until bumula ...then add cocoa powder gradually until maging chocolate ..

3..Combine the 2 ingredients using electric beater ...until incorporated..

4..then add cake flour into 2 portion habang binabate ng electric beater at kapag nahalo na..
ihulog naman ang almond flour/meal then continue to beat the batter ..

5..then add the chocolate chips..magtira ng kaunti for toppings..fold it using spatula..

6...isalin sa baking tin or tray..i used aluminum tray..brush with oil or butter..
at ibudbod sa top ang natirang chocolate chips..tap 3 times..

7..bake in preheated oven for about 28 minutes or adjust time
..check sometime para di masunog ang ibabaw..
depends on your oven.. the temperature at oras pati na baking tray ay may kinalaman ..kaya minsan nag iiba ang oras at resulta ng cake nyo..

Masasanay den kayo kapag lage nyo itong ginagawa..

Double Chocolate Muffin

Paniguradong Kaadikan nyo kapag nasubukan nyo itong gawin,..

madali lang at simple..kung health conscious maaring baguhin ang sangkap..
this one is ordinaryong sangkap muna ang ipapakita ko..yung healthy muffin next time ko na ishare...

Preheat Oven to 180 degree celsius
bake time- 20 minutes


Mga Sangkap
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 cup cake Flour
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
200 ml or 1 cup Whip Cream /heavy cream
40 grams Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup plain Cocoa Powder
a drop of vanilla essence or 2 drops of Rum essence

Paghahanda at Pagluluto..


1..crack the egg sa isang bowl kasama ng asukal..at asin ..then beat them using hand whisk
 or electric beater...then give a drop of vanilla essence
then iset aside kapag nabate na ito ..paghaluin lang don't beat too much..



2..Sa isang Mixing bowl..i suggest use stainless or glass bowl ..
batihin ang whip cream using electric mixer until maging bula
then ibuhos ang cocoa powder..batihin hanggang maging kulay chocolate..



3...Pagsamahin ang dalawang sangkap..itlog na binate sa asukal at ang chocolate sa whip cream..
then haluin hanggang maging isang kulay nito..use electric beater ulit..




4..ihalo ang chocolate chips sa batter ..magtira ng kaunti para budbod sa ibabaw..
haluin ang batter using spatula..




5.Ihanda ang Baking tin..for muffin
pahiran ng butter or oil..
pero i suggest to use paper cup cakes...wala kong stock so hindi ako gumamit...but mas maganda may paper cup cake..

then ibuhos ang batter at budburan ng chocolate chips sa babaw..


6..at ibake sa preheated oven..
19 to 20 minutes..tusukin ng sharp tools to check.then let it cool muna
at ready for snack na...enjoy..

the next day ang masarap na kain nito..so pangregalo or negosyo patok po ito..
syempre pang party dagdag handa..,meryenda
makakamura kayo ,kung marami kayong pakakainin...ganoiin lang po yun..
