Ginisang Talong Ampalaya at Itlog with meatloaf

Lutong hapon ,or inspired of Okinawan Dish..tinimpla ko sa Lutong Pinoy..



usually nilalagyan nila ng dinurog na tofu ..pero tayong mga pinoy mahilig sa itlog at ampalaya..i just added talong at meatloaf na lutong okinawa..



here are the ingredients from scratches ,mga tirang gulay sa ref



1/2 cut of Goya or Ampalaya ,of course sliced thinly
( soaked in salt water if want to reduce bitter taste)
1 medium size eggplant cut into bite sizes
a small amout of meat loaf if mayroon,or use ham or pork meat or chicken
2 eggs
2 tbsp cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp patis
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 small size tomato .cut into pieces
i medium size onion..chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar or 1 tsp mirin

Procedure..

in a saute pan,add enough oil to fry talong..
lutuin hanggang maprito then in the same pan,itabi lang ang talong or you can set aside
kase we're going to saute garlic onion and tomatoes

Then add ampalaya at meatloaf ,haluin ,add 2 tbsp water .seasoned with salt and pepper then
cover and simmer for 1 1/2 minutes



After mapalambot ng kaunti ang ampalaya,seasoned with worcestershire sauce and a 1/2 tsp of sugar
and luto na...adjust nyo ang timpla acccording sa like nyo..
adding chili powder is fine too..
