Ginisang Talong Ampalaya at Itlog with meatloaf

Lutong hapon ,or inspired of Okinawan Dish..tinimpla ko sa Lutong Pinoy..



usually nilalagyan nila ng dinurog na tofu ..pero tayong mga pinoy mahilig sa itlog at ampalaya..i just added talong at meatloaf na lutong okinawa..



here are the ingredients from scratches ,mga tirang gulay sa ref



1/2 cut of Goya or Ampalaya ,of course sliced thinly
( soaked in salt water if want to reduce bitter taste)
1 medium size eggplant cut into bite sizes
a small amout of meat loaf if mayroon,or use ham or pork meat or chicken
2 eggs
2 tbsp cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp patis
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 small size tomato .cut into pieces
i medium size onion..chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar or 1 tsp mirin

Procedure..

in a saute pan,add enough oil to fry talong..
lutuin hanggang maprito then in the same pan,itabi lang ang talong or you can set aside
kase we're going to saute garlic onion and tomatoes

Then add ampalaya at meatloaf ,haluin ,add 2 tbsp water .seasoned with salt and pepper then
cover and simmer for 1 1/2 minutes



After mapalambot ng kaunti ang ampalaya,seasoned with worcestershire sauce and a 1/2 tsp of sugar
and luto na...adjust nyo ang timpla acccording sa like nyo..
adding chili powder is fine too..








Pan de Munggo

Another Basic Bread Lesson 
Pag papaalsa at pag mamasa ng dough ay kung saan kayo sanay at kinaugalian..
May alam akong ibang paraan ng Fermentation process,pero kailangan kong sundin ang mga natutunan ko sa Baking Class..Sayang naman kung hindi ko ito gagamitin...anyway

Today 's Bread ay Monggo Bread na korteng bulaklak.maari namang bilog o any shape you like.
Pa loaf ,buns ,roll bread ..etcs.






Ang Pan de Monggo or munggo ay obvious  na munggo ang laman,or sweet red bean paste
na kung tawagin ay ANPAN dito sa Japan ,sa atin tinapay na may munggo na parang Hopia Bread.
maaring gumawa ng sweet beans or bumili na lang ng ready to use na..

Kailangan lang alisin ang mamasa masa sa beans para madaling mabilog ,at hindi makasira sa dough bago ito ibake.
ibalot muna sa medyo makapal na kitchen paper .hayaang maalis ng bahagya ang syrup

Mga Sangkap
Sweet Red Bean Paste
Bread Flour
Instant Yeast
Sugar
Lukewarm Water
Salt


short cut ko na ang DOUGH making..

cut the dough into 4 pieces ,divide equal.
double the ingredients to have more servings.

flatten each dough then ipalaman ang red bean paste at isara na parang gumagawa ng siopao
at ilagay sa isang wax paper ,pipiin ng dahan dahan ang bilog na dough..ingatan na hindi luluwa ang monggo.

 Takpan ng damp cloth at irest ng 10 minutes..


After ten minutes,ihanda ang Gunting na gamit sa Kusina,basain ang gunting
Gupitin ng 4 na beses ang paligid ng bilog na dough..tulad ng nasa larawan
At takpan ng plastic wrap at ng damp cloth ,paalsahin ulit ng mga 30 minutes.
PREHEAT oven..


After ng 30 minutes..
Pahiran ng binating itlog at budburan ng white sesame seeds
Then bake it for about..
kapag nag 3 minutes na ,baligtarin ang position ng bread at continue baking.




Palamigin sa cooling wire rock..then enjoy the pan de monggo..
