Ensaladang Talong

(Grilled eggplant with Pinoy Vinaigrette dressing ,an appetizer in Pinoy version)
Inihaw na talong na tininplahan ng suka toyo patis paminta at asukal.manamis namis na medyo maasim asim at maaring maanghang ang timpla
sinamahan ng ginayat na maliliit na ibat ibang sariwang gulay
Pinoy na pinoy ang lasa..







INGREDIENTS



3 medium size Eggplants (Talong ) cut into halves
1 medium size red onion ,cut into small pieces
1 medium size tomato ,cut into small pieces
2 tsp ginger juice or ginger paste ( i used fresh ginger just cut into tiny pieces)
2 pieces of chopped garlic
chili pepper (siling labuyo)
a little amount of veggies..Cucumber,Carrots,Red bell pepper ( cut them, into small pieces)
or you can use White radish (labanos) celery or parsley ,cilantro or basil leaf (or any green herbs)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce (patis)
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp sugar or adjust
Black pepper
( you can drizzled it with healthy oil like olive oil ,flax seed oil or any salad oil you have )or Kahit wala...Hindi ko na ren nilagyan this time
..depende ren minsan,may time naglalagay ako .like mga 1/2 tbsp of flax seed oil

You can add more ingredients,according na ren sa inyong panlasa
this time ,i added boiled egg and baby dried dilis ( or use tuna in can )
i sprinkled with little cayenne pepper and sesame seed /but can be optional


Paghahanda at Pagluluto

1.cut the talong into halves and make it ihaw ihaw in your grilling pan or oven nyo sya.pwede den na ilaga or iprito (it's according sa type nyo)kaso masisira ang skin ng talong..so diskarte nyo na yan hehehhh..




2..then make the salad dressing ( vinaigrette dressing )
Just combine all the sangkap and ajust the taste according sa type nyong lasa,matamis maasim or maanghang..




3..Ang inihaw na talong ,kayurin ng dahan dahan ang laman ng talong ng di nasisira ang ilalim ng talong..at ipatong dito ang mga tinimplahang gulay..







then enjoy with maiinit na rice..yum yum
