Chicken Sopas ( with Egg and Sausage)

 Macaroni Soup...

               Masarap kapag tag ulan o malamig ang panahon...

INGREDIENTS...
(3 to 4 servings..)



150 g Macaroni ( Half cooked boiled)

Breast chicken( Sliced into flakes)

4 Boiled Eggs

4 to 5 pieces Sausage(Hotdog or Ham)

2 cups Fresh milk ( or Evap Milk)

1 medium size Patatas,

1 cup chopped Cabbage,

minced Onion and minced garlic

i1 small size of red Bell pepper,

1/4 cup of Mix Vegetable( carrot.corn and green Peas)

Olive oil

1 tbsp Butter

Salt and black pepper,

SEASONG..Patis(optional) Fish sauce

3 cups Chicken Broth

and 1/4 cup grated CHEESE



1.Magpakulo ng 3 basong tubig at lagyan ng 1 tbsp na cooking oil,at Lutuin ang macaroni sa kumukulong tubig..Lutuin ng pa half cook. then hanguin,salain  at itabi.



2.In separate pot,magpakulo ng 3 cups na tubig kasama ang Chicken..(making chicken broth)hayaan ito sa mahinang apoy..



3.At sa bukod na lutuan

Magpainit ng kawali at lagyan ng 2 tbsp na mantika at 1 tbs na butter .

igisa ang bawang sibuyas,kinchay at bell pepper

Isunod ang sausage..



4.Ihalo ang ginisang gulay sa pinakukuluang manok..

ihalo ang mga gulay ..like repolyo,mix vegetable,patatas..



4.Timplahan ng asin.patis at paminta...takpan at hayaang maluto ang mga sangkap sa katamtamang apoy.



5.kapag halos malambot na ang mga gulay ,add 2 to 3 cups na fresh milk at
ilhulog ang boiled egg at timplahan ng 1/4 cup na grated cheese..





Then serve and enjoy............

Puto Kutsinta Recipe

Puto at Kutsinta in one Recipe...








Ingredients..
   it serves 16 to 18 small size cup cakes

1 cup Rice Flour( Galapong) soak this for1 hour, para malambot ang puto..if no time na,i'ts okay den naman..
1/2 cup hot cake flour (if using plain flour add a 1 tsp of baking powder..)
 1/2 cup tapioca starch..( it helps puto para maging chewy ang texture,parang sago ba..)
1 tsp powdered atsuete /diluted in 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg 
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup muscovado sugar or can use brown sugar/then adjust your sugar according to each taste.

add cheddar cheese for toppings..if possible yung di natutunaw agad na keso..
and can eat with grated niyog..

1st Step ,Sa isang mixing bowl...
Combine the following ingredients...

1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
rice flour,tapioca starch and hot cake flour
mix them well together





then add egg..and 1 tbsp melted butter






Mix them well together,or use an electric beater para mabilis at smooth ang batter.
and ready for steaming...
brush molds with oil..and pour the batter

steam for 20 minutes or until its done..
check with sharp tools or toothpick,



kapag medyo matigas na yung puto add sliced cheese on top ,and steam 1 minute..then okay na.


then serve with grated coconut and enjoy.....................

Pagluluto ng Puto with Corn

Puto Mais yummy...




Mga sangkap


1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup flour with 2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup corn
..cheese/optional

1 st step..

Ibabad ang 1/2 cup flour o yung galapong sa 1 cup coconut milk,kahit 30 minutes or more..binabad ko ng 2 hours ang ginawa kong puto..set aside ito..



2nd step..



Sa isang separate bowl,ilagay ang 1 cup na arina at 2 tsp baking powder ,asukal..haluin ito then add
2 eggs (beaten)..haluin

3rd step..



Ihalo ang binabad na galapong ,haluin.... then ihalo ang 1/2 cup na mais ...



mix well..then pour into molds tray and steam to cook for about 15 minutes or until it cook and done..










Budburan ng Cheese kapag luto na..takpan para matunaw ang cheese..








 Luto na.....

Bangus Lumpiang Shanghai

Lutuin ang Bangus bago ito himayin.. ...Palamigin
Then, himayin at alisin ang mga tinik..


Gayatin ng maliliit ang mga ingredients..
