Long Chilli Pepper Tempura ala Dynamite

Popular in the Philippines this called Dynamite dish recipe which actually means very hot in your mouth and the shaped itself looks dynamite ... and usually wrapped in rice wrapper and dip fried ..
is it fun dish ? right?






Anyway today i made something Japanese,  stuffed chilli pepper Tempura with Mozzarella Cheese inside ...adding meat is according you like ..

INGREDIENTS/MGA SANGKAP

7 Long Chilli Peppers/find sweet or hot chilli
Mozzarella Cheese / any type
Some Ham /any ham or sausage or else
1 cup ice cold water
150 grams Tempura Powder or use Plain Flour adding 1 tsp Baking Powder
cooking oil / use good oil /much healthier

PAGHANHANDA at PAGLULUTO ...Cooking method 

1.. Hugasan ang sili ang hiwain ang isang side ng sili para maipalaman ang keso at ham , of course , Remove seeds from chilli , ingat sa maanghang na sili sa pag hawak..it might burn your skin..

2..Hiwain ang ham at Mozzarella cheese , na magkakasya sa loob ng sili

3..Ipalaman ang keso at ham sa Siling Haba ..set aside




4..Sa isang bowl ihulog ang Tempura Flour at lagyan ng malamig na tubig, bahagyan haluin ito..

5..Ilubog isa isa dito ang Siling Haba , wag isama ang tangkay ..para mukhang Dinamita (mitsa)




6. Then magpainit ng mantika sa kawaling pag lulutuan..lubog o medyo lubog..

7..Lutuin ito hanggang maobserbahan nyong malutong na ang tempura..

Ganun lang kasimple ..Lutuin lahat at Ready for plating..

Make your owns dipping sauce..like mayonnaise or vinegar sauce..or use Tempura Sauce
