INGREDIENTS...
3 to 4 servings..
400 g. Pork belly ..clean and cut into bite size
100 g.pork liver
1 can soda lemon/2 cups
2 medium size potato
1 medium size carrot
1 medium size onion
some garlic
anato powder/atsuete
bell pepper
raisin
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbsp ketsup
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup water
1 piece of star anise
1 bay leaf.laurel leaf
1 tbsp olive oil
..Preparation..
Pakuluan ng 2 minuto ang laman at atay,itapon ang pinagkuluan nito..
Lutuin sa kawali ang pork meat at liver ng may 1 tbsp na olive oil.at ..lagyan ng 1 cup na tubig.
lutuin ng 1 oras at takpan..
After 1 hour ,isahog ang mga sumusunod..Sibuyas,bawang,atsuete ...igisa ng kaunti..then isunod ang carrots,siling pula,raisin takpan at
pakuluan ng isang kulo..
at isunod ang patatas,star anise,laurel,toyo.paminta,oyster sauce,kaunting asukal..at 1 tbsp na ketsup
dagdagan ng 1/2 cup water at lutuin ng 30 minutes..adjust time as it needed..
