Curry Rice and Pancit Yakisoba

Quick and Easy Lunch meal..Recipe from scratches
Something Japanese but timplang medyo Pinoy ang style
Imbentong lunch para sa nagmamadaling mommy like me
So ' whatever ingredients available you have there,let's cook curry and yakisoba
I got noodles and potatoes in the fridge..I cooked what veggies i found in the fridge .








Ingredients for YAKISOBA from scratch ( Pinoy Version Style )

2 pack of Yakisoba Noodles(buckwheat) or Canton Noodles 300 grams (you can use BIHON )
60 grams Mung-bean Sprout or Touge (mga dalawang dakot ng kamay) or use cabbage ,green beans atcs..
kaunting chorizo or( ham /or maybe hotdog)
kaunting bawang
kaunting sibuyas
kaunting green chives or kinchay
kaunting hiniwang carrots
2  tbsp Toyo (adjust as you like )
1 tbsp Suka (vinegar)
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Paminta
Patis (fish sauce)
Lemon or Kalamansi
Cooking oil para pang-gisa

i added some dried pusit ( or you can use pork meat,hipon ,and so on)

PAGLULUTO

Stir Fry method..
Igisa ang bawang .green onions, tofu (or iprito muna ang tokwa kung gustong prito ang tokwa )
Isunod ang touge ,haluin ng bahagya at isunod ang binanlawan na yakisoba noodles,
at haluing mabuti kasama ng gulay..
.adjust ang timpla according sa inyong panlasa ..

then serve and enjoy ..Then pigaan ng kalamansi at timplahan ng kaunting patis kung natatabangan..

Ang Gulay ko lang is halos sprout (Touge)






 CURRY COOKING METHOD
and INGREDIENTS

100 grams any meat ( pork chicken or beef) i used chicken breast,cut into small pieces
kaunting carrots /cut into bites size
kaunting patatas /cut into bites size
kaunting bawang na pinitpit
1 medium size puting sibuyas/sliced or chopped
2 tbsp butter or cooking oil
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
all spice seasoning
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp  ketchup /or use tomato paste /or kahit wala
dried thyme /optional
2 tbsp honey or sugar
kapirasong piktal ng star anise
1 tsp turmeric powder
siling pulbos or fresh..i used cayenne pepper
1/4 cup coconut milk
cumin seeds/optional kung wala
curry powder /use as much as you like
enough water
2 to 3 tbsp cornstarch and some water

Pagluluto..
1..Magpainit ng mantika sa 2 tbsp at 1 tbsp butter ..Iprito ang cumin seeds,laurel ,dried thyme at star anise.
until fragrant ..then alisin ang mga herbs sa mantika..

2..Iprito ang manok sa mantikang nasa kawali,taktakan ng kapatak na paminta at siling pulbos,lutuin ang manok sa mahinang apoy ...isunod ang turmeric powder..hayaang maging dilaw ang  manok

3 isunod ang sibuyas  ..lutuin ang sibuyas kasama ng manok..kailang madurog ang sibuyas takpan para mabilis maluto

4.Kapag luto na ang sibuyas ,buhusan ng 2 cups na tubig at 1/4 cup na coconut milk
at isunod ang tomato paste or ketchup ,haluin mabute ..
then takpan pasubuhan muna bago isunod ang ibang sangkap

5.Kapag sumubo na ,ihalo ang carrots ,patatas,at sapat na dami ng
 (curry powder.1/2 cup maybe )Haluin para di mamuo ,takpan at lutuin sa mahinang apoy..
(Obserbahan ng di masunog at manikit ,Haluin Paminsan minsan )

6..kapag malambot na ang patatas at carrots lagyan ng kaunting at asukal at yogurt .kung wala ok lang..
luluin ulit ng isang minuto at ready to serve na..

KUNG GUSTO NG MEDYO CREAMY .Adding Cornstarch is suggested..2 tbsp of cornstarch dillute in 4 tbsp water at haluing mabuti until its cook ..thats all.
