Pinoy Java Rice

        Simple Java Rice( Turmeric Fried Rice )

Java rice with tocino on Top



Ingredients ..

Cooked Rice
Cooking oil or Butter
Garlic
Toasted Garlic (for Garnish)
Onion
Paprika or bell pepper
Salt and Black pepper
TURMERIC
Anato Powder Or Atsuete Oil
Tocino meat or any meat of your choice
Soy sauce

To Continue Cooking...

1. Heat oil in a saute pan or large skillet ,over medium heat,Add garlic ,onion,bell pepper.
cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with Atsuete Powder to add color to the ingredients,and stir well
3.Pour the amount of cooked rice ,mix them together
4.Add seasoning,Sprinkle with Turmeric powder until rice turns to yellow
5..Add another seasoning ,like salt and black pepper,a little soy sauce or patis is nice too but can be optional, according to your taste
6.Then cook ,by stirring frequently ..

And serve on a plate ,garnish with toasted garlic and fried tocino on top or tocino as side dish.

Pinoy Paella or Arroz Vallenciana

Bringhe kung tawagin ng iba...Paella is originally comes from the Spain na ating minana , na tinimpla at inayos para sa panlasang Pilipino..at ito yung gata(Coconut Milk)




Sa pagpasok ng bagong taon,gumawa ako ng Pinoy Paella...

 Maaring Lagyan ng Fried Chicken sa ibabaw ..





Ingredients..


 Timplahan ang Chicken meat ng asin at paminta...Iprito ito sa Kawali na may olive oil..
Maari ren itong adobohin or Pa afritada.kung sinisipag..
Kung madalian paprito lang okay na,at igisa ang mga sangkap kasama ng manok..



Igisa ang bawang sibuyas kaunting bell pepper ,itira ang kalahati for the garnish,
isama ang sweet ham or choriso kung mayroon.

 Habang ginigisa lagyan ng anato powder at turmeric powder.. para magkakulay..then ibuhos ang 1/4 cup na tomato puree..timplahan ng salt and pepper to taste..at kaunting paprika powder
at haluin,

lagyan ng raisin at ng patatas kung gusto ..

And then ibuhos ang 3 cups na bigas,i used japanese rice..



 Haluing mabuti ang mga sangkap kasama ng bigas bago ihulog ang gata at tubig..



 Kapag nahalo na,Ibuhos ang 2 cups na coconut milk at 3 1/2 cups na tubig..haluin then takpan para maluto..lutuin sa pinakamahinang apoy...
Pagmamasdan ang niluluto baka ito ay masunog..


Sa kalagitnaan ,kung ito ay kumukulo na..haluin ng sandok para pumantay ang luto ng bigas.


 At kung malapit ng maluto ,maari itong lagyan ng mga sangkap sa ibabaw..
like green peas .bell pepper..sea food..at kung ano pang gustong ilagay..




Mga 1 oras siguro ang pagluluto nito or adjust time as it needed..then garnish on top of paella rice..
olive fruit,boiled egg,lemon.sea food and i used chicken drumstick..
