Ingredients..
275 grams squash cut into square or bite size you like
12 fresh prawns or large shrimps
5 pieces flat green beans or string beans
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp shrimp paste
2 to 3 thin sliced ginger
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
1 small size tomato/optional
1 can coconut milk/ 2 cups
salt and pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil or cooking oil
2 chili pepper or siling haba

1..cut all the ingredients ayon sa kinaugaliang pag hihiwa..chop or mince the onion and garlic..
clean the shrimps ..
2..sa isang kawali ihalabos ang hipon hanggang mamula..set aside..or skip this method..
3..sa isang kawali.lagyan ng oil at igisa ang luya bawang sibuyas at kamatis..until fragrant..
add some black pepper .turmeric and shrimp paste..haluin ng bahagya
4.Next ibuhos ang coconut milk ,Takpan at pakuluan saglit ..
then ihulog ang hipon kalabasa at bataw pati na ang sili..takpan at lutuin sa mahinang apoy for about 2o minutes..or (lutuin muna ang hipon bago ilagay ang gulay..)
5..after 20 minutes...kung gusto ng medyo lumapot ang liquid alisin ang kalabasa upang hindi madurog
cook for ten minutes hanngang mabawasan ang liquid at lumapot ang gata..
6..adjust the seasoning salt patis or bagoong at ibalik ang kalabasa sa niluluto then ready to serve...adding more chili powder like cayenne pepper for hot spicy dish lover is perfect...
