High Fiber "GINATAANG TOTONG"

Eat all you can...Guilty Free Merienda..

Mahilig ka ba sa kakanin o matamis na pagkain? tulad ng mga ginataan o mga malagkit ,puto,kalamay o bibingka..mga halimbawa lang yan na paborito ng Pinoy..

Gusto nyo bang kumain ng mga kinakain ko? guilty free diet para maiwasan ang tumaba ng sobra o nag aalala sa SUGAR..kase sugar is the most reason kaya tumataba ang tao.including oily food ..


Try my Ginataang Totong in healthier version, kase it's high in Fiber , Glutinous rice is 
usually the ingredients of making ginataang totong with the sugar and coconut milk plus the grinded toasted mung beans..



Kumakain naman po ako ng kakanin o malagkit rice..kaso as in very rare or bibihira..Tikim lang ang alam ko..pero mahilig ako sa ginataang bilo bilo or totong..kapag napakatamis hindi nyo po ako mapapakain...when i cooked for myself .i eat a lot ..kase sure ko ang mga sangkap ,means guilty free..









INGREDIENTS...

Of course you use the original ingredients 
like Sticky Rice at Sugar of your Choice

in my case , Figure conscious kase ako at health conscious den..
this what ingredients i used..


Choose Whole Grain Rice..Mugi Rice or Whole grain Oats 
or just used instant OATMEAL
or maybe BROWN RICE combine some amount of Sticky rice..para di dry


MY RECIPE here
2 cups of MUGI RICE / Whole Grain Oats 
3 cups COCONUT MILK
1 to 2 cups COCONUT SUGAR 
Enough WATER to cook mugi rice

you can add oats or tapioca pearl para medyo jellatinous



METHOD how to cook

1..Wash rice 2 times and drain ...get your cooking pot and put enough amount of water 
3 cups water then put the rice ..cover and cook slowly in medium low heat.




2.check it sometimes syempre at haluin..obserbahan kung naluluto ang rice
add more water kung matigas pa..then ilagay ang 1 pack ng COCONUT MILK..
pakuluan ng isang kulo ..



Kung gustong haluan ng TAPIOCA PEARL...ibuhos sabay ng Rice 



3..stir constantly ..para di manikit sa ilalim ..check kung malambot na ang rice at tapioca , haluin mabuti ,lagyan ng tubig or coconut milk as it needed..

4..ibuhos ang binusang dinurog na munggo..para maluto ang munggo



after nyong maobserbahang medyo malambot na ang rice ibuhos ang  natirang 2 cups na GATA...haluin at 
pasubuhan ng kaunti at saka ilagay ang sapat na dami ng ASUKAL according sa inyong panlasa..




Kung gustong Magata ang niluluto huwag gumamit ng tubig ..use more coconut milk
i used 3 package of coconut milk with more than 3 cups and some amount of water /3 cups maybe
and adjust Sugar ..
used any sugar kung walang coconut sugar,medyo mahal po ang coconut sugar...mahal ang sugar na pang healthy diet ..ganun po talaga..





meanwhile...TIKMAN ang niluluto ...kapag okay na..then READY TO SERVE na..
eat while it's warm...

Healthy Monday..Banana Muffin

Healthy Monday morning treat,Let's make healthy muffin
Bawas bawas naman tayo ng mga unhealthy food , para ang pamilya ay masaya..
mahirap magkasakit lalo na ang mga kinakain ngayon ng tao ay mamantika at matatamis.

Para sa kalusugan ng pamilya..Gumawa ako ng breakfast at merienda ng anak ko pati ng Mr.ko.
Simple at madali..ang Banana Muffin..



Mga Sangkap..
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 almond meal
1 large banana
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsp water
pinch salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 whole egg


PAGHAHANDA AT PAGLULUTO.
7 muffins to make

Preheat Oven to 190 degree celsius and we will bake for about 15 to 16 minutes..

1..Sa isang bowl durugin ang saging ,ihalo ang yogurt haluin itong mabuti at icrack ang itlog,
haluin ,ihalo ang coconut oil at honey .haluing mabuti at itabi muna.

2.Paghaluin ang lahat ng dried ingredients..whole wheat flour,almond meal,skim milk,salt,baking at soda.

3.paghaluin ang dalawang mixture,haluing mabuti ,patakan ng vanilla essence at 1 tbsp na water..(or fresh milk )ihalo ang chocolate chips

4.pahiran ng oil ang mga baking tin..at lagyan ng batter mixture ,hindi puno at hindi kulang ..
then bake for 15 to 16 minutes..after ten minutes sa oven ,
change the position of the tray para pantay ang luto..(use baking gloves syempre)




5.palamigin muna bago kalasin sa tray..then serve and enjoy .pang breakfast,snack at oras ng ginigutom..
