Jelly Fruit Salad Desserts

Gulaman in Fruits Salad ,red and green jelly without using food color..

Servings for this Recipe is for small family ..
Bagay ang gulaman sa fruits Salad .Subukan nyo..





INGREDIENTS/ MGA SANGKAP

1 small can of Japanese Fruit Cocktail or any Fruit cocktail ( about 1 cup ) removed syrup
1 small can of Tropical Fruit Cocktail (1 cup ) removed Syrup
200 ml Whip Cream or any Cream like Nestle Cream
100 grams Condensed Milk ( 1 cup or add as you like )
1/4 cup raisins(rinsed in water)
1/4 to 1/2 cup Young shredded Coconut
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Cheese , cut into small pieces (add as you like)
2 cups Green Jelly (natural red strawberry with beets color)
2 cups Red Jelly (natura pandan color)




Making GULAMAN is according to you, you can use Mr. Gulaman with color flavor..just follow their instruction on how to make jelly ..

My INGREDIENTS for MAKING RED and GREEN JELLY 

1 Agar Bar/Gulaman Bar (1 bar is usually 500 ml to 600 ml water is needed here )
i used only 400 ml Water to have firmed jelly texture
1 pandan leaf
2 strawberry plus 2 tbsp water
some slices of beets plus 2 tbsp water

Paghahanda at PAGLULUTO NG GULAMAN 

Red Jelly and Green Jelly ...
1, Durugin ang 2 piraso ng strawberry ( raspberry or red cherry is pwede ren) haluan ko ng ilang sliced ng beets sa 2 tbsp na water, not using blender kase kakaunti lang ,using food color is up to you (3 tbsp lang ang kailangan)

Huwag mag alala walang lasang ang beets ..masustansya ito at nakakatulong sa natural na kulay pula ..

2..Guntingin ang dahon ng pandan at ilagay sa blender ng may 2 tbsp na tubig , blend it hanggang maging pino then salain at kunin ang katas..(3 tbsp lang ang dami )

3, piktalin ang Agar Bar at ilubog sa tubig ng ilang segundo at saka pigain ang tubig sa Agar bar at hatiin sa dalawang portion..

4,Magpainit ng 200 ml na tubig at ilagay ang kalahati ng Agar Bar , lutuin hanggang matunaw at saka ihulog ang 3 tbsp na Red Color

Kapag tunaw na ang gulaman ,salain ito at ilagay sa isang lalagyan , palamigin hanggang maging matigas na jelly..

5..Ang Green Gulaman ay gawen den katulad ng proseso ng sa red jelly..

7,Kapag matigas na ang Red at Green Jelly ,hiwain sa gustong korte ..





8..Sa isang lalagyan .. Pagsama samahin ang mga Sangkap..
Fruit cocktail,raisin, coconut meat, cheese, Red Jelly at Green Jelly .






Lagyan ng cream at condensed milk,adjust ang tamis ayon sa inyong panlasa..
haluin at palamigin muna sa ref bago iserve

Yema Ice Cream (Yema Cake inspired)



Kung may Cake dapat may ice cream den..bagay sa araw ng tag init..melt in your mouth ice cream..
Matamis ang pagkaing ito so,bawasan nyo ang condensed milk,,,or haluan nyo ng prutas habang kinakain .











Mga Sangkap...

1 can condensed milk.
2 cups whipping cream ...or (all purpose cream or nestle cream) chilled in the fridge
2  drops of vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
2 tsp lemon juice
6 egg yolks ..(room temperature)
grated cheese

new tips..
if you use 1 can of condensed ,i suggest adding 1 cup of fresh milk is good and use 3 to 4 cups of nestle cream instead of 2 cups
and 8 eggs yolks instead of 6 yolks.
 first time ko pa lang itong ginawa, so hindi ko pa alam, alin ang dapat iaadjust.ngayon alam ko na.


Pagluluto
Custard making
1..Gagawa tayo ng unang custard...
Sa isang maliit na kasirola ,sa mahinang apoy ,ilagay ang 3 egg yolks at 1/2 of the condensed milk ,
vanilla essence at 1tsp na lemon..lutuin sa mahinang apoy...at kung luto na...allow to cool..





2..Sa isang mixing bowl.Isalin ang pinalamig na whipping cream or nestle cream
at ang nilutong custard( malamig dapat )..paalsahin ito gamit ang electric mixer or blender.or
(mano mano kung kayang pagtyagaan)



3.At kung alsa at fluffy na ang mixture...maari na itong patigasin sa freezer..ilagay sa isang container..hulmahin ayun sa gustong korte..bilog or square...


4..The next day...Gumawa ng Custard ganache frosting
3 egg yolks at 1/2 of condensed milk .vanilla essence,salt at 1 tsp lemon juice

(i'm just thinking if adding 1/4 cup of nestle cream here is necessary,just to make it runny ,kase masyadong thick ang nagawa kong cream ..iniisip ko ren kung bagay lagyan ng 1 tbsp na butter..) obserbahan nyo na lang..

then haluin lang hanggang maging custard.PALAMIGIN ITO bago ipatong sa ice cream.


5,,Next ihanda ang pinatigas na ice cream....maaring gawin itong parang cake na haweg ng yema cake
or sa container na mismo
mag slice or mag scoop...



mabilis matunaw so obserbahan nyo kung paano nyo maiipoporma ang ice cream na yema cake..

Budburan ng Cheese at slice nyo na lang..ready to serve na...matutunaw kaya dapat kainin agad..

ibinalik ko sa freezer ang ginawa ko....hindi ko ito napagpatuloy sa dahilang naubusan ako ng charged pa at siya naman pagdating ng aking anak..so ibinalik ko ito sa freezer dahil natutunaw na sya ,subukan nyong gawing cake ang presentation..


eto yung minadali kong paglagay sa isang bowl at pinatigas ulit...



Budburan ng grated cheese kasama sa freezer or later na lang..
at ready to serve...enjoy it with fruits para di gaanong matamis ang panlasa...






Yummy ito..pero matamis kaya alalay lang po...or reduce the amount of condensed milk or add more nestle cream and yolks as i mentioned .pero masarap talaga sya..try nyo
