Talong Sisig Recipe

Eggplant Sisig or Sizzling Sisig na Talong ...
TALONG in Japanese is NASU..

hi everyone..Let me share my SISIG in Talong version with some minced meat..it's appetizing and perfect ulam or pulutan..and for kids who hate eggplant ..try this..
but cook the onion very well ,most kids hate onions..





I have problem with my daughter when it comes eating vegetables , she only knew Ginisang Bitsuelas , patatas, repolyo , and i noticed when i cooked vegetables with meat ,she eats..
so i follow my Princess, i cooked dish just to satisfies the craving of my daughter and of course my hubby too..with balance menu..

Talking about my hubby ,i have to be careful about his diet ,he is not getting younger , especially of blood pressure , so if possible i served him healthier dish..different dish in a small amount..
it's matrabaho but , it's my job to take care of their diet..Japanese way of eating meal served in small amount and variety of dishes..next time i'll try to share ,what Japanese usually eats in their meal..

Anyway ,i want to share this Recipe TALONG SISIG..i just realized this dish can convince my daughter to eat TALONG..yeah ..job accomplished 
...she loves it..for my hubby , i served a very small amount..

the remaining sisig is for me ..enough for 3 people servings..so ako yung tataba ?


Let's Get Started..

I have 3 Japanese eggplant here..small size .if you have long size, just use 2 Pieces..
or use more eggplant if you will serve for a big family ..

First step ,i have to wash the Talong then cut or slice in small pieces..to make a sisig looks..
you can cook it alone with out adding any meat ..but as i said my daughter can't eat vegetables with out meat..okay?



Soak in salt water for a while while preparing other mixture or cut the eggplant later..



List of the INGREDIENTS..



3 small size Japanese eggplant
100 grams Minced Pork or chicken/ blanched into 2 minutes/you can skip this
2 piece of chicken liver/ blanched into 2 minutes /you can also marinate this with vinegar or calamansi with salt and pepper..
2 tbsp VINEGAR
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt and Black pepper to taste or use FISH SAUCE
1 medium size red onion/minced
1 piece garlic/crusted
some chopped ginger
11/2 tbsp Sesame Oil

FOR SIZZLING Ingredients and toppings..

1 tbsp BUTTER
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 Egg
Mayonnaise
Chili Pepper/siling labuyo


PROCEDURE 

1.Strain the cut eggplant and drained..Then heat your skillet adding 1 tbsp of sesame oil..
fry cut eggplant about 2 minutes..set aside

2. in the same skillet add 1/2 tbsp oil and fry minced meat add 1 pice garlic for aroma , season with salt and pepper , after a few seconds put in the sliced chicken liver along with chopped garlic

3..pan fry them together until become toasted ..

4..now we can add cooked eggplant into the meat..add  chopped onion too
pan fry the ingredients until you satisfied the with the texture..




Then remove from the heat ...or transfer into a mixing bowl.

5..We 're going to add 1 tbsp soy sauce.2 tbsp vinegar ,add more if want more sour taste..
adjust the black pepper,adding chili powder is fine or cayenne pepper..
and lastly put in the fresh chopped red onion..mix it well..




Now, you can ready to serve it in a dish and add some flavorful seasoning you like
like mayonnaise and calamansi..adding chicharon is either nice too..

6.But then. when you say SISIG,usually it serves in a Hot Sizzling Plate..
if you have it..get it and serve sisig like a pro..serve Talong Sisig that no one knows ..right?

7..heat your plate in burner in medium low heat..add 1 tbsp of butter and 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
throw one dried or fresh chili or maybe crusted garlic..





8..when butter melts, pour the Talong Sisig mixture ..arrange it well ,then while it's hot .crack one egg on top if your'e allergy to egg..skip the egg..




and last drizzled with mayonnaise ...and then it's Done

Ready to serve...use pot holder when holding the sizzling plate..

sliced Lemon and put in the side of Sisig to have good presentation..


cook the egg very well if you not like the yolk in raw form 


with mayonnaise or chicharon on top is also perfect..




if you just eat it alone..presentation is not needed..but ..but.. remember..
when a dish arranged neat and nice , it helps your mind to relax to, you're eyes will smile ,and  not just looks yummy..
it's also stress relieving ..eat good food ,neat environment ,and surrounded with positivity ..
Your meal is the best of all the rest ...Happy Eating..

Spicy BOPIS Recipe

TRY MY DELICIOUS BOPIS Recipe .. a Filipino Dish ,Filipinos Favorite Appetizer or pulutan
Watch how i cook in my own version , i learned this when i was 15 years old in my high school days and just improved for always spending time in the kitchen..and been in food business for five years ,yeah never mentioned it before..anyway let's cook

luweeh bopis recipe


INGREDIENTS...
pork lungs 292 grams
pork heart 289 grams
small amount of pork meat 50 grams or so
small amount of liver 50 grams or so
1 small size carrots
1 medium size white onion
4 cloves of garlic or add more
a piece of ginger for boiling and some small cut into pieces gingger
4 bay leaf/laurel leaf
1 tsp black pepper corn
1 cup chopped or cut into small pieces of labanos/white radish
1 large size red paprika or red bell pepper
chili oil or cayenne pepper
water for boiling the pork internal organ like lungs heart liver and some pork meat
1 1/2 cup broth or water
3 tbsp atsuete oil or any cooking oil
1/2 cup and 2 tbsp of vinegar and add more depends on your taste
1 tbsp patis or use salt
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp tomato paste




PAGHAHANDA at PAGLULUTO

1.hugasan at pakuluan sa isang kasirola ang mga lamang loob na may sapat na dami ng tubig
lagyan ng 2 dahon ng laurel , kapirasong luya or dahon ng tanlad ,lagyan ng kaunting pamintang buo at asin..
pasukahin at pakuluan sa katamtamang apoy ng mga 30 minutes o hanngang mawala ang dumi..
hanguin at hugasan ,itapon ang pinag lutuang tubig..

bopis ingredients
2.hiwain ng maliliit ang mga sangkap ng pare parehong laki tulad ng nakikita sa larawan..mas maliit mas maganda,kung nahihirapan gumamit ng food processor..

3. maaring gumamit ng cooking oil or gumawa ng atsuete oil or ibabad na lang sa tubig para pang kulay sa bopis at hindi maputla ang kulay ng inyong lulutuing putahe.

4.Sa isang kawali , paiinitan at buhusan ng 2 to 3 tbsp na mantika at igisa ang mga sumusunod luya,bawang ,sibuyas, dahon ng laurel ,at haluin ng bahagya hanggang mangamoy bago isunod ang carrots, red bell pepper ,labanos at ang mga hiniwang laman..

5.timplahan ng pamintang durog , toyo, patis, suka ,kaunting asukal ,tomato paste ,siling maanghang ,oil paste or fresh na labuyo (or sa huli na ihalo ang sili) at haluin ito at chaka ihalo na ren ang atsuete oil or binabad na atuete sa 1 1/2 cup na tubig..bago takpan haluin muna ito ,then pakuluan sa mahinang apoy hanggang maluto ang mga sangkap..

6..After 15 or 20 minutes ,ayusen ang timpla ng naayon sa inyong panlasa...
dagdagan ng suka ,paminta kung kinakailangan..takpan at hayaang maluto ng patuyo or may kaunting sabaw..



Then ready to serve ,ihain sa isang serving plate at lagyan ng fresh na siling labuyo sa ibabaw kung gusto ng dekorasyon..
eat with steamed rice or gawing pulutan..enjoy +.=

Lumpiang Togue na may Sotanghon

Pancit Sotanghon hinalo sa lumpiang gulay at pinirito ng malutong , masarap kainin at isawsaw sa sukang maanghang.

Nasubukan nyo na ba ang lumpia na may pancit noodles,bihon or sotanghon?
madali lang at siguradong magugustuhan ng inyong pamilya..






MGA SANGKAP

Sotanghon or glass noodles 80 grams/semi boiled
sprout or togue 222 grams
pork meat cut into small pieces 225 grams
10 pieces lumpia wrapper
kaunting hipon/optional
cabbage 204 grams
1 medium size onion
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
carrots some amount
green beans some amount
kamote or sweet potato 1 small size
kaunting kinchay o celery
cooking oil for frying lumpia



PAGHAHANDA AT PAGLULUTO

1.pakuluan sa kaunting tubig ang pork meat at itapon ang tubig ,hugasan ang pork meat at hiwain sa malilit na laki..taktakan ng asin at iset aside

2.hiwain ang gulay at igigisang sangkap.hugasan ang togue at iba pang gulay..

3..sa isang kawali ,magpainit at ilagay ang hiniwang pork meat at isang piraso ng bawang hanggang magmantika at ihalo ang tokwa ..then ihalo na ren ang hipon

4..after 2 minutes .igisa ang mga gulay alinsunod sa paraan ng pag gigisa, bawang,sibuyas, carrots, kamote .bitsuelas, repolyo, at saka isunod ang sotanghon .maaring timplahan ng toyo,asin at paminta habang niluluto,adjust the seasoning according to your taste



5.lutuin ng mga 2 to 3 minutes na di lutong luto( half cook) kapag nahalo at pantay na ang timpla ,

6.ihanda ang lumpia wrapper at ibalot ang ginisang gulay ayun sa paraan ng alam nyong pag babalot ng lumpia..lagyan ng white yolk ang dulo ng wrapper para maganda ang pagkabalot ng lumpia at di bumuka..



7..sa isang malalim na lutuan.maghanda ng sapat na mantika na kayang ilubog ang mga lumpiang binalot...painiting mabuti bago ihulog ang mga lumpia..

8..bantayan at ibaling baling ang nilulutong lumpia para pantay ang pag ka prito..then hanguin sa isang lalagyang may paper wax para mabawasan ang mantika..then gumawa ng sariling sawsawang suka..

Vinegar dipping sauce
2 clove garlic crusted
red onion chopped
1/4 cup Vinegar
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp Patis
1/4 tsp sugar
siling pulbos o hiniwang siling labuyo
spring onion or green chives/ optional

then serve and enjoy..ulam pulutan o meryenda..

Tocino Barbecue ( Sweet Pork meat Skewers)

Pinoy Style appetizers
Marinated and Grilled



Ingredients..

Thin sliced of Pork meat 230 grams ( hiwain na gustong laki )
Atsuete powder 1 to 2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
sugar 1 tbsp
pineapple juice 1/2 cup
ketchup 2 tbsp
paprika powder 1/2 tsp
garlic powder or fresh garlic
soy sauce 1 tbsp



Paghahanda at Pagluluto

Sa isang container na maaring pag babaran ng meat
Pagsama samahin ang mga sangkap at ibabad ng ilang oras..
mas matagal ay mas malasa..iadjust ang timpla according na ren sa inyong panlasa..






Then saka tuhugin ng barbecue stick
at ihawin sa kawali ,parilya or pa oven
Then maari ng ihain
Gumawa ng sawsawan ,tulad ng sukang may sili
or iserve ito kasama ng rice or sinangag..at may atsara na side dish
Syempre maaring pulutanin para sa mga manginginom..

Sweet Spicy Tuyot na Pusit Adobo

Pang Pulutan o Pang Ulam bagay na bagay...medyo malakas ito sa rice so alalay lang...
Minsan masarap deng papakin ..

Kung may time ibilad sa araw ang pusit mas okay,kung tinatamad na o wala ng tyaga ,maari naman itong iluto sa oven para maging tuyot at medyo chewy ...or lutuin na lang sa kawali .











Ingredients...

1/2 kilo of Small size fresh squid  washed and cleaned
1/4 cup Vinegar or adjust
3 tbsp Soy sauce or adjust
some patis (fish sauce) or use salt instead
Black pepper
5 to 6 cloves of Chopped Garlic
2 to 3 tbsp Sugar
Cayenne Pepper or siling pulbos..add as spicy as you like
Kaunteng Tubig
Garlic powder/optional
2 to 3 tbsp cooking oil

Igisa lang ang bawang kasama ng siling pulbos,( mas masili mas maanghang syempre)
sa kaunting mantika
at isunod ang PUSIT ..toyo suka patis paminta patis ..
lagyan ng 2 to 3 tbsp na sugar at mga 1/2 cup na tubig..
lagyan ng 2 dahon ng laurel..
pakuluan sa katamtamang apoy hanggang sa matuyot
haluin lang ito ng haluin para maiwasan ang pagkasunog..

Maaring lutuin ito sa oven toaster ng 20 minutes..
.kung gusto ng medyo tuyot pa at pa barbecue
ang lasa...
Ilagay sa dahon ng saging ,kung mayroon at saka ito iluto sa oven toaster..

Mashed Potato Lumpia... (Spring Roll Recipe)



Lumpiang shanghai na Patatas ang filling..
 na nilaga at dinurog hinaluan ng ibang sangkap .binalot sa lumpia wrapper at niluto sa mainit na
mantika...



Mga sangkap..
Kahit ano lang na available sa inyong Kusina...
nilagang patatas at durugin ito
kaunting chicken giniling maaring gumamit ng tuna in canned
kaunting hiniwa ng maliliit na carrots,at green onions 
maaring lagyan ng green peas or mais
paminta ,asin ,garlic powder,toyo patis..according to your taste
can add a little mayonnaise/optional
itlog /raw egg
some cheese kung type pa
chopped cabbage /or some celery 
rice paper/lumpia wrapper
cooking oil

at gumawa ng sariling sawsawan..spicy vinegar or chili hot sauce..

Tips...Or yung mismong salad na Mashed Potato,yun mismo ang lutuing palumpia...
madali lang diba!
