Quick TAPSILOG

Madaliang Luto for lunch
Simple and easy Recipe
i just want to share my daughter's lunch meal and my lunch today..
bago magschool araw araw ito ang trabaho ko sa bahay..pag-sapit naman ng gabi food ng Mr ko..
busy po lage ako..pero lagalag pa ren ako ,after ng homework ko sa bahay..enjoy diba?






For making Tapa ( adobo style )
300 grams sliced Beef
3 tbsp Vinegar or adjust
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Black pepper and salt
2 tsp Sugar
crushed Garlic
can add lemon or kalamansi

1/2 tbsp olive oil or use butter..(ihahalo kapag maluluto na ang beef)

 ingredients for fried rice
2 1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
 chopped garlic
patis /fish sauce
black pepper
turmeric powder

2 eggs...for the side dish


Paghahanda at Pagluluto

Making Easy Tapa adobo version
Marinade beef kahit 20 minutes , ihalo ang toyo,suka,paminta,bawang,asukal ..at ibabad ng ilang minuto .
i did 10 minutes lang then nilaga ko na sya sa kawali with the sauce..
 cover and cook in low fire ,para di masunog..always checked para di matuyot ang sauce ..
after a minutes kung sure ng luto ang meat, we will add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil .and cook a few minute in low heat..



Garlic Turmeric Fried Rice
I saute the garlic in oil ,until golden brown and fragrant ..
then hinalo ko ang malamig na rice ( right amount for lunch only )
then adding some turmeric.( to make color yellow rice )
with salt and a little black pepper,or patis if you like..
then ganun lang haluin at ready na..

Making the Fried Egg ( cooked yolk or well done ) is according sa gusto nyo
Heat a non stick fry pan para di manikit ang itlog..make sure mainit ang oil at kawali ..
crack the egg in a small bowl bago nyo i direct iprito ,para hindi mabasag ang yolk
Cover and cook in low fire ,kung maramihan ang iluluto..at hindi masunog ang egg
kapag  hindi na dumidikit ang egg sa pan..buhusan nyo ng 1 tbsp na tubig at lutuin ng pa steam..and that's all..serve with rice and adobo tapa..

then eat with veggies salad,atsara or whatever anong meron sa ref nyo na bagay sa food na ito..
i made milk soup which is sopas ang lasa na wala lang na macaroni..

Ginataang Pechay at Kalabasa


 Sa mahilig sa ginataang gulay,subukan ang putaheng ito..
Creamy and rich ,Ang sarap sa mainit na kanin..at piniritong galunggong ..Nagutom tuloy ako.."




Mga Sangkap.
Adjust according to your taste,ang dami at sukat kahit tanchahan lang hindi ito papalpak..promise"
basta lang maraming gata ..

1/4 cut ng Kalabasa, cut into bite size
2 tangkay ng Pechay
1 can Coconut Milk
kaunting Hipon
2 tbsp Bagoong alamang or kahit wala (use asin or patis)
kapirasong luyang pinitpit
kapirasong bawang na pinitpit
1 pirasong hiniwang sibuyas
1/2 tbsp suka
siling labuyo or siling pulbos
paminta
mantikang panggisa or cook in boil method


Paraan ng Pagluluto

Igisa ang mga sangkap alinsunod sa paraan ng pagigigisa
mantika ,bawang,luya,sibuyas,bagoong,suka
coconut milk,hipon,pechay at kalabasa
at timplahan ayon sa inyong panlasa..ilagay ang sili kung gusto ng maanghang..

Maaring ilaga ng sabay sabay at lutuin sa mahinang apoy hanggang sa lumapot o magmantuika ang gata..


Then serve and enjoy...




Scallion Pancake Pinoy style



Lutong Chinese o lutong Korean or lutong Japanese pa ito,
Dahil ako ang nagluto at nagtimpla
Pinoy na ang lasa nito .Ang totoo Korean style ang malimit kong kainin nito ,may nira (garlic chives)
 ,minsan may togue pa syang halo at maanghang ang sawsawan na medyo maasim..

At narito ang mga sangkap na aking hinalo ,simple madali at masarap..
Pulutan meryenda o dagdag na ulam..kayo ng bahala ..

Ingredients..
1 cup Cake Flour ( i used Mixed Korean Pancakes )
100 grams chopped Scallions
Tuna in can..(add according to your taste) or use pork meat,sea food,etcs..
Black pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper or siling pulbos
1 cup water
1 egg
1/4 cup grated cheese



For Dipping sauce

3 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 to 2 tsp Sesame oil
Patis
Paminta
1/2 tbsp Sugar/adjust
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed
Chopped Scallions

You can add fresh onions,chopped garlic or fresh siling labuyo (make your own Sawsawan)



Paghahanda at Pagluluto
1..Gayatin ang Scallion tulad ng nasa larawan..


2.Sa isang bowl ,Pagsama samahin ang mga sangkap..


3..Magpainit ng kawali na may kaunting mantika,at kumuha ng mga 2 to 3 tbsp na batter mixure.at iprito ng tulad ng pancake size..



4..iprito ng gustong laki at nipis ,lutuin according sa gustong tagal ng luto..then serve and enjoy with sukang maanghang na sawsawan..
