Banana Puto Recipe

Steamed Cake Puto dish recipe with banana flavor. it's filipino favourite snack at home..

MGA SANGKAP/ Ingredients...



1 cup Cake Flour
1 soft riped Banana
1 tbsp milk
1 cup Fresh Milk /or use Evaporated Milk
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup sugar or add more/i used Honey
1 tbsp butter
pinch salt
3 drops of vanilla essence

at budbod sa ibabaw..chocolate nibs..

PAGHAHANDA at PAGLULUTO

1..Balatan ang saging at putol putulin ito ,ilagay sa isang lalagyan at lagyan ng 1 tbsp na milk at durugin (mash) set aside.

2..Sa isang mixing bowl.ilagay ang 1 cup na Cake Flour at baking soda (optional) at haluin

3..Ihalo ang 1 cup na gatas at 2 itlog..haluin itong mabuti gamit ang wire whisk

4..Kapag nahalo na lagyan ng asukal according sa gustong tamis, a pinch of salt kung gustong lagyan.
haluin ulit.

5..kapag creamy na ihalo ang dinurog na saging..Haluin itong mabuti hanggang maging smooth ..

6..Kung gusto ng may butter ,lagyan ito ng 1 tbsp melted butter or use any cooking oil..haluin until you get the right batter texture..

7..Ihanda ang mga puto moulds ..pahiran ng butter or oil ..At Huwag kalimutang mag pakulo ng tubig sa Steamer ..

8..Lagyan ng batter mixture ang bawat puto moulds..

9..Isalansan sa steamer, takpan at lutuin ng 15 to 20 minutes hanggang sa maluto..tusukin ng sharp tools to check ..

At ready to serve na eat with cheese or any dish na gusto nyo ipares .

Healthy Monday..Banana Muffin

Healthy Monday morning treat,Let's make healthy muffin
Bawas bawas naman tayo ng mga unhealthy food , para ang pamilya ay masaya..
mahirap magkasakit lalo na ang mga kinakain ngayon ng tao ay mamantika at matatamis.

Para sa kalusugan ng pamilya..Gumawa ako ng breakfast at merienda ng anak ko pati ng Mr.ko.
Simple at madali..ang Banana Muffin..



Mga Sangkap..
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 almond meal
1 large banana
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsp water
pinch salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 whole egg


PAGHAHANDA AT PAGLULUTO.
7 muffins to make

Preheat Oven to 190 degree celsius and we will bake for about 15 to 16 minutes..

1..Sa isang bowl durugin ang saging ,ihalo ang yogurt haluin itong mabuti at icrack ang itlog,
haluin ,ihalo ang coconut oil at honey .haluing mabuti at itabi muna.

2.Paghaluin ang lahat ng dried ingredients..whole wheat flour,almond meal,skim milk,salt,baking at soda.

3.paghaluin ang dalawang mixture,haluing mabuti ,patakan ng vanilla essence at 1 tbsp na water..(or fresh milk )ihalo ang chocolate chips

4.pahiran ng oil ang mga baking tin..at lagyan ng batter mixture ,hindi puno at hindi kulang ..
then bake for 15 to 16 minutes..after ten minutes sa oven ,
change the position of the tray para pantay ang luto..(use baking gloves syempre)




5.palamigin muna bago kalasin sa tray..then serve and enjoy .pang breakfast,snack at oras ng ginigutom..
