Homemade Luncheon Meat

Easy and Simple Plain Meatloaf..
Mahilig ka ba sa meatloaf or luncheon meat ?
Magluluto tayo ng meatloaf na hinaluan ng Luncheon meat..
pang padami at pang palasa
Imbis bumili kayo ng maraming luncheon meat..Luto na lang tayo..

Bagay ito sa mga handaan at mga occasion.At tamang tama sa December at New Year.

Steam or oven pedeng pede..at iprito ren ,masarap na agahan sa sinangag at palaman sa tinapay..







Mga Sangkap 
(35 to 40 minutes ang pagluluto)
Steam cooking ..

400 g..na pork Giniling
340 g. Luncheon meat in can

1/4 cup potato crumbs or starch
3 to 4 tsp himalayas salt or any refine salt
paprika
black pepper
all spice seasoning
ONION POWDER 1/2 tbsp
1 egg white
1 tbsp sugar
at hulmahan na tray ..molder



Paghahanda at Pagluluto..
Sa isang Mixing bowl...Ilagay ang giniling,imasahe ito ng ilang minuto para maging pino or gumamit ng food processor..

At ihalo ang lahat ng ingredients at iadjust according sa inyong panlasa,,,


Pahiran ng oil ang hulmahan at ibuhos ang meat mixture at lutuin ng 40 minutes ..
Lagyan ng mabigat na bagay ang niluluto para maging siksik ang meatloaf..

Pinoy MEATLOAF ..EMBUTIDO

Chicken Embutido ..







INGREDIENTS...steam or bake
190 celsius bake for 25 minutes or adjust time
steam for 30 minutes or observe

400 grams Giniling na manok( use any meat you like)
4 hotdog
.........Ang dami tantiyahin nyo na lang..
1 medium size chopped onion
1/4 cup of cut into small pieces carrots
1/4 cup pickles9 cut into small pieces)
1/4 cup of green peas
1/4 cup raisin
1/4 cup grated cheese
6 small boiled eggs ( itlog ng pugo )
dash of paprika powder or fresh paprika(red bell Pepper)
dash of salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp of  soy sauce
1/tbsp of cornstarch
1 raw egg( nalimutan kong ilagay but can be optional)

At isang baking tray na korteng loaf..at pahiran ng oil
gumamit ako ng silicon mould..size according sa dami ng lulutuin nyo at kung kakasya sa steamer nyo..



Pagluluto..

Sa isang mixing bowl ilagay ang giniling at timplahan ng paminta asin toyo at paprika..haluing mabuti na halos maging pino or paste..saka isunod isa isa ang mga sahog..

huwag isabay sabay lahat para mapino ang paghahalo at hindi magkaroon ng hangin..





maglagay ng itlog sa tray bago ilagay ang giniling ,para design
Siksiking mabuti sa tray para walang awang o hangin kapag naluto


 steam this for about 30 minutes or adjust time and observe


 then serve and enjoy....
ready for noche buena and any occasion or party

Everlasting Meatloaf

Pinoy Style meatloaf..everlasting recipe is originally started at Marikina..
Ready for Noche Buena at bagong taon.....Make your own version and this is my Design..

Tamang tama sa handaan at mga okasyon...











Niluto ko ng 40 minutes sa steamer at 20 minutes sa Oven toaster..
18 inches round baking tray..

Ingredients...
400 g.giniling na pork
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 chopped carrots
1/4 cup kinchay or celery
2 tbsp soy sauce
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pickles
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped ham or sausage
1/4 cup green peas

4 EGGS 
3 tbsp ARINA


Pagluluto...
Igisa ang mga Sangkap Bukod sa 4 EGGS at ARINA
Lutuin ng hindi lutong luto ,igisa lang ng bahagya..
Kapag nagisa na..Patayin ang apoy,Palamigin ng kaunte
Ihalo ang Arina at Binating Itlog...

Pahiran ng oil or butter ang Tray na paglulutuan
then gumawa ng design sa bottom..at saka ibuhos ang Sangkap

Isalang sa Oven ( 190 degree ,at i bake ng mga 20 minutes until sa maluto)
or iluto sa Steamer , cook this for about 40 minutes or until it's done
then enjoy..
