Beef Sinigang

Comfortable food ng mga Pinoy..Maasim na sabaw ng sampalok..
pork,beef,chicken shrimps pa or fish ..kahit ani pwedeng isigang..
mayaman o mahirap sinigang is the best..





This time,I used Beef chop sliced ( malambot ang part na ito) and beef ribs ( to make bone broth)
soup for healthy bone,,




Ingredients
1 sliced beef chop usually use for steak
5 beef ribs
45 grams tamarind na hinog
1 bunch of water spinach/kangkong
1 medium size onion
1 large size tomato
1 red bell pepper
labanos /white radish
sitaw or green beans
talong /eggplant
salt .black pepper at patis/fish sauce
2 tsp cooking oil
6 cups water
2 siling labuyo or pampaksiw

add okra,taro root/gabi ,mustasa ,puso ng saging ,sigarilyas,bataw .patane ..anything na bagay sa sinigang is okay..sometime i have to add saging na saba..kaso no stock eh

PAGHAHANDA AT PAGLULUTO..
1.As always,i have to remove pink slime in the beef,kaso alam natin di naman fresh ang beef sa market at hindi na ito mapula,which is coated with something chemicals..and we don't want to put it in our mouth..

2.I boil the beef in enough water to cover it..about 2 minutes para maalis ang dirt ..then itapon ang tubig at hugasan sa malamig na tubig..ready na..

3.and i have to saute garlic and ginger in 2 tsp oil until fragrant..or derecho nyo ng ilaga if you're nagmamadali..matrabaho nga naman mag gisa..
just to give aroma to the soup kase ang bawang and garlic,to make alis lansa den..

4..then sa isang kasirola with 7 cups water ,ihalo ang ginisang bawang at luya.adding the beef ,sibuyas at kamatis
bring them to cook for about 40 minutes to tender or depends sa beef na lulutuin nyo..


5..if beef is tender ,add the veggies and the sampalok ,season it with salt patis at paminta..
cook veggies in 10 minutes or more, kung gusto ng half cooked or depende sa type nyo.then last is
kangkong ,para crispy.cook another.3 minutes then ready na.
add siling maanghang kug gusto ..










...in Cavite or sa bahay na kinalakihan ko lang..we usually added red bell pepper in sinigang..tatay ko kase malimit mag luto ng sinigang ,ewan ko kung bakit pero bagay at masarap naman ,masustansya pa..

Easy Beef Salpicao

it sound spanish right ? popular lang sa Pilipinas hindi ko alam ang history ..anyway..
Lunch time na kase...more protein muna for my family..

Easy and quick lunch or dinner




INGREDIENTS..

480 grams beef tenderloin,cut into cubes
salt and pepper
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
5 cloves garlic chopped finely
2 to 3 tsp toasted garlic
1 to 2 tbsp grapeseed oil or olive oil
1 tbs butter

Adding soy sauce is depends to you..



Paghahanda at Pagluluto..

Marinade beef cubes in a mixture of 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce ,1 tsp garlic powder ,1/ 2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper
haluin itong mabuti...kung walang oras ibabad kahit 5 minutes ay okay na ren..

Sa mainit na kawali,lagyan ng 1 tbsp to 2 tbsp na oil at igisa ang bawang ,hanggang mangamoy

Ihalo ang beef dahan dahan ,takpan at lutuin ng may takip for about 4 minutes,hanggang maprito..




then lagyan ng butter at haluin.. isunod ang gulay na gustong ihalo like mushrooms,broccoli,asparagus or green beans
Takpan ng isang minuto.

Alisin ang takip haluin at buhusan ng sapat na dami ng Worcester shire sauce ,adjust the taste .(add paminta and salt ) ,dagdagan ng toasted garlic ,haluin at okay na.

Ihiwalay ang gulay at beef..then serve in a dish or sa ipatong sa rice or ilagay sa isang sizzling plate,,
enjoy..

Beef with Almonds

Quick Recipe..Ginisang Karne sa gulay at almonds ganun kasimple.
niluto sa oyster sauce..




Mga Sangkap.

150 grams sliced beef meat.( tender part)
1/4 cup raw almonds ( soaked in water overnight ) or use toasted sliced almond
a pieces green beans (cut diagonally)
some sliced of carrots
2 tbsp oyster Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mirin or light vinegar
black pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil or any cooking oil
dash of paprika powder/optional
dash of all spice seasoning /optional

veggies is free to add anything you like na tugma sa beef ,i just added almond para more healthy at hindi boring.

Pagluluto

Stir frying method..
Igisa lang ang mga sangkap alinsunod sa gustong gisa..

i started to fry the beef then followed with all the remaining ingredients..
you can marinade first the beef before frying or just let it be.sprinkles with salt and pepper only..

add little amount of water if want saucy recipe

and you can also add a bit sugar if want something sweet .i add added 1/2 tbsp of Honey
then serve and enjoy with your rice ..

Adobo Gyudon

Do you like to eat Japanese Food ?
how about Gyudon? kilala nyo ba ang totoong lasa nito..? Manamis-namis na katamtaman  lang ang alat sa timpla ng toyo..kala mo teriyaki pero hindi naman..


Adobo Gyudon Jaraannn...'





Ang Gyudon ay isang Beef meat ,sliced thinly usually mga reject na beef meat ,maninipis 
at kung sosyal ka gagamitin mong beef is yung first class which is kalimitang ginagamit sa Sukiyaki or Shabu Shabu..of courrse pati presyo ay sosyal.

Anyway,Gyudon is made of beef ( Gyu means Meat ng Beef ) at DON means bowl ,in short when you heard the word DON in a meal..yun po ay RICE BOWL.like TEN DON..Ten is short ng TEMPURA ..hindi si ding don..hahahh joke..

Anyway again.Gyudon is lasang manamis-namis na nilaga sa toyo ng hapon (kikoman soysauce)
Tinimplahan ng Fish Broth or Dashi ,sabaw ng isdang tuyo (tulingan ,mackerel or dilis)
nilalagyan ng Kombu ( dried sea weed po ito) at may ASUKAL NA HALO kaya tumatamis..
At dahil may instant na nga,.nabibili na ito sa pake pakete , FISH BROTH ( dashi kung Tawagin)

Kalimitang halo nito ay KONYAKU noodles,parang sotanghon ang image but rubbery chewy ang texture,its a kind of root craft naka formed sa noodles style..healthy po ito ..

May naglalagay ren ng Tofu dagdag sa gyudon,dekorasyon na ren ,itlog na hilaw or boiled,Pickled Ginger ...

Kalimitan sa mga murang Restaurant lunod lang ito sa SIBUYAS at babad na babad sa Soy sauce na tinimplahan ng dashi at asukal..ewan kung nagamit sila ng betsin (msg)

Anyway ulit...Yung GYUDOn ginawa kong ADOBO ang timpla na may kaunting sugar..
in short SWEET ADOBO po ang gyudon na niluto ko for my unica hija..haveyyy hehehh

INGREDIENTS...

300 grams Sliced beef thinly..any part basta hindi palambutin...
1 large white Onion..sliced lang parang sa bistek but not circle
ilang piraso ng pinitpit na bawang...more bawang is mas adobong adobo..
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar .lessen or add more is up to you 
1 cup water 
2 tsp olive oil or sesame oil
Pamintang durog (madaming taktak ) 
1 small piece of star anise /optional 
1 bay leaf if mayroon( wala kong laurel so i used all spiced seasoning ,a dash only )

PAGLULUTO

Sa isang kawali or kasirola
Pagsamasamahin ang sangkap..at Pakuluan lang hanggang maabsorb ang sauce sa beef..
haluin minsan.   lutuing mabute ang onion para mas masarap..
.check  nyo ang lasa..adjust then thats all..



ADOBO na,,at ipatong lang sa ibabaw ng RICE..
may Gyudon na adobo na.
bagay ito sa kimchi if mayroon...promise..'
bibimbap na ang dateng hehehhh

garnished with toasted sesame seeds...red pickled ginger .and green chives 

daughter's lunch before going to school..gyudon,with tomato salad,coffee jelly ,sweet beans ..

Ampalaya con Carne

Easy Quick healthy and Yummy
Stir frying dish




Ingredients..

150 grams Beef thinly sliced (strips cut)
1 medium size ampalaya ( slice according you like)
1 tbsp Rice Wine
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/4 cup water and another 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
some ginger,garlic and spring onions
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp sugar or honey
3 tsp soy sauce/adjust
2 tsp patis /adjust
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper



Paghahanda at Pagluluto
1.linisin at hiwain ang karne ng pa strips cut na medyo manipis .
budburan ng kaunting asin at paminta

2. hiwain ang ampalaya tulad ng nasa larawan or depende sa gustong hiwa..
lamasin sa asin or ibabad sa tubig na may asin ,kung gustong mabawasan ang pait


3..sa isang lutuan,iluto ang karne sa 1/4 cup na tubig  kasama ng laurel leaf at star anise ,hanggang sa matuyo ang tubig..then hanguin
at budburan ng gawgaw ang nalutong beef..

4.At iprito ang karne sa Sesame oil, kapag nawala na ang kulay ng gawgaw,igisang kasama ang bawang luya at sibuyas ( i used spring onion or NEGI)
then add ampalaya

5. Timplahan ng oyster sauce,ketchup.toyo ,paminta ,haluin at buhusan ng sapat na tubig takpan at lutuin.


6.Para sa huling timpla.lagyan ng asukal,suka at patis ...adjust according sa gustong tamis o alat at pati ng anghang..

Serve and Enjoy..
