BEEF KARUBI BOWL in YAKINIKU SAUCE

Beef Bowl is a Japanese Food and popular dish in many restaurant, donburi  means rice bowl ,it is convenient especially for Japanese who can't cook at home or busy person .
it's affordable and you can find this food chain usually near at the train station.. Yoshinaya is one of them ,a gyudon house ..i think they're started at 9 in the morning ,until what time. i have no idea hahahh..

today i cook my daughter's favorite beef karubi bowl in yakiniku sauce..
you can use the gyudon style by using mirin,soy sauce,sugar ,rice wine ..or if you feel lazy ,you can buy ready to mix sauce, like teriyaki sauce,tsuyu sauce. or yakinuku sauce ..or maybe use barbecue sauce if there's no option..or just seasoned with adobo style that's it..



INGREDIENTS 

400 grams Karubi Beef.sliced into strips bite sizes..
1 medium white onion
Negi or spring onion
YAKINIKU SAUCE or Barbecue Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil




Procedure

1..boil the the raw meat in one to 2 minutes to remove blood
discard the water and rinse the meat
slice spring onion thinly..put in cold ice water to have crunchy texture
and slice the onion



2..in frying fan.with 1 tbsp of sesame oil saute the onion in one minute then add the beef
and fry with the onion into 2 to 3 minutes in low medium fire



3.pour 1/4 cup of yakiniku sauce and stir together with the onion ,for about a few seconds..until you cover the meat with the sauce...and it's done ready for your table ...prepare a bowl with steamed rice and place some beef on top of rice and garnish with fresh spring onion



you can eat with kimchi and if want spicy rice bowl ,adding chili paste on top is fine..

Sipo Egg in White Sauce

Sipo Egg recipe is a dish originated from Pampanga , na inihahanda sa mga occasion according sa aking siyasat..it consist of shrimps and quail egg or PUGO .cooked in thick and heavy cream sauce nestle cream or cream in mushroom sauce ..Today ang ginamit ko ang yung ginagamit usually sa mga cream stew or grattan ..ito yung WHITE SAUCE






INGREDIENTS ...
140 grams Shrimps /malinis at wala ng shell
kaunting ham /optional
2 cups WHITE SAUCE
12 pieces PUGO EGG
snow peas or CHICHARO ,mas marami mas okey
1/4 cup mixed Vegetables (carrots,green peas and corn)
salt and pepper
1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp cooking oil
water or chicken broth if needed
sliced mushroom in can /optional




PAGHAHANDA AT PAGLULUTO..

1..linisin ang hipon at alisan ng balat at ugat then  hiwain ang gulay na igigisa

2.Sa isang kawaling mainit maglagay ng kaunting butter at cooking oil ,igisa ang hipon at iset side


3.at yung pinaglutuan na kawali ,lagyan ng half tbsp of oil , Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas hanggang mangamoy
then isama ren ang ham at mushroom..igisa ng 1 minute or so..

4.then ihalo ang hipon ,haluin saglit at saka ibuhos ang i can of white sauce mga 2 cups ang dami
haluin saglit , maaring lagyan ng kaunting tubig or broth ...timplahan ng asin at paminta .

5..then ihalo na ang chicharo or snow peas at ihalo na ren ang itlog ng pugo then
lutuin sa katamtamang apoy hanggang maluto..5 to 7 minutes or so..



then ready to serve with your favorite steamed rice

BICOL EXPRESS / creamy version

Ginataan Dish is a Filipino all time favorite, na kung iisipin mo ay parang Curry dish ,
at ang Bicol express originate from Vicol Region na kumalat sa buong Pilipinas at ngayon ay may kanya kanya ng version ..

Anong Bicol Express ang type mo? Oily or Creamy ? well depende sa type ninyo..
Today i cooked creamy Spicy Bicol Express with little amount of sugar added para mas okay ang lasa sa anghang ..

Hindi ako Vicolana so the way i cook is my style, kaya ang sabi ko nga cook your dish according to  your knowledge and how the way you tradionally do ,okay?




INGREDIENTS..



Pork chop meat 2 sliced /245 grams 
chili pepper or siling haba 155 grams 
siling labuyo add the amount you like
1 can coconut milk or 2 cups
1/2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar 
4 cloves garlic
1 medium red onion
1 small tomato /optional
some chopped of ginger
2 tbsp shrimp paste in bottle
black pepper and fish sauce 
i added red bell pepper or red paprika/optional

PAGHAHANDA AT PAGLULUTO

1.hiwain lahat ng sangkap ayon sa kinaugaliang pag hihiwa ng kamatis sibuyas bawang luya at sili 
hiwain ang pork ng pacubes or bite sizes..

2.maaring imarinade ang hiniwang pork sa suka bawang luya patis at paminta ng ilang minuto or maaring lutuin na ng derecho..

3..Sa isang lutuang kawali maglagay ng half tbsp of cooking oil ..igisa ang binabad na pork meat ng mga 3 to 5 seconds at buhusan ng 2 tbsp na tubig takpan sa maahinang apoy..steam natin hanggang mawala ang tubig.

4..kapag nagwala na ang tubig at medyo nag mantika na igisa rito ang garlic until fragrant then saka isunod ang sibuyas at kamatis..igisang mabuti ..maaring takpan ng mga 1 minute

4..after a minute ihulog ang hiniwang siling maanghang at siling pula at ibuhos ang 2 cups na kakang gata or coconut milk in can ,isunod ang 2 tbsp na shrimp paste na luto na..takpan hanggang maluto



5.after mga 20 minutes or more ...tikman kung gustong iadjust ang lasa...ilagay ang 1 tbsp na asukal 
haluin at takpan ,pakuluan pa ng isang kulo at ready na..

6..Lutuin sa mahinang apoy hanggang sa magmamantika ang gata ...kung gusto ng creamy ,patayin na ang apoy at maari na itong ihain ..

enjoy with your favorite steamed rice..
