Kimchi Rice with Bagoong

Kimchi ay popular na pagkain sa Korea ( Fermented Korean Dish made of Vegetables with spicy seasoning)

Sa mahilig kumain ng Kimchi ,narito ang simpleng putahe para sa inyong hapagkainan..
Nagluto ako ng "Sinangag na may kimchi at bagoong.."




Mga Sangkap 
4 servings..



Lamig na Kanin (3 Cups ) 
Bagoong Alamang na Luto na 1 to 2 tbsp..
Hiniwa hiwang Kimchi ( Napa Cabbage or pechay baguio) 35 grams..
kaunting bawang na pinitpit 
mantikang panggisa 2 tbsp 
paminta 

Pagluluto..
Igisa ang bawang sa kaunting mantika hanggang maging golden brown...at isunod ang
1 to 2 tbsp na Bagoong alamang at Kimchi..Haluing mabuti ..At isunod ang Lamig na kanin...
Haluin hanggang sa maluto..timplahan ng paminta at ready to serve,,

Samahan nyo ng ibang side dish at may masarap na kayong Kimchi Rice with Bagoong..
i added fried egg and fried dilis with sawsawang suka na maanghang.

Pinoy Java Rice

        Simple Java Rice( Turmeric Fried Rice )

Java rice with tocino on Top



Ingredients ..

Cooked Rice
Cooking oil or Butter
Garlic
Toasted Garlic (for Garnish)
Onion
Paprika or bell pepper
Salt and Black pepper
TURMERIC
Anato Powder Or Atsuete Oil
Tocino meat or any meat of your choice
Soy sauce

To Continue Cooking...

1. Heat oil in a saute pan or large skillet ,over medium heat,Add garlic ,onion,bell pepper.
cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with Atsuete Powder to add color to the ingredients,and stir well
3.Pour the amount of cooked rice ,mix them together
4.Add seasoning,Sprinkle with Turmeric powder until rice turns to yellow
5..Add another seasoning ,like salt and black pepper,a little soy sauce or patis is nice too but can be optional, according to your taste
6.Then cook ,by stirring frequently ..

And serve on a plate ,garnish with toasted garlic and fried tocino on top or tocino as side dish.
