Luweeh Hawaiian Fried Rice

Easy and Simple Meal for your table
eat with fresh green salad and hot soup then you have delicious meal..



you can add any ingredients you like..

Fried Rice with Pineapple

Ingredients

392 grams cooked rice
120 grams fresh pineapple cut into small bits
Sweet Ham 100 grams/cut into small bites pieces
44 grams of fresh paprika or red bell pepper and yellow pepper
1 small size white onion /chopped
some green chives
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp scallop powder



Method of cooking
1.scramble the eggs and fry ,set aside

2.saute or fry the cut fresh pineapple in a frying pan,adding a little oil is fine ,sprinkle with black pepper salt and 1 tsp oyster sauce ,cook for at least 2 minutes.set aside

3.clean the pan and add some cooking oil ,saute onion garlic and bell pepper in one minute

4. put pineapple chunks  and ham stir and cover for 1 minute

5. then add cooked rice ,put 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp ketsup more salt and pepper to taste
fish sauce is optional..toss everything together cover for a few minutes then done

6.sprinkle with green chives you like and add the cooked egg on top of rice or mix them together..

Shrimp Fried Rice

Quick and easy recipe for your table..
Sinangag na may hipon...timplang asin or patis ay pwede na.
or you can use toyo or oyster sauce .

Gumawa na lang ng soup at veggie salad okay na ang inyong meal..







MGA SANGKAP..
300 grams lutong kanin..
1 cup hipon (with no shell and devain)
1/2 cup mix vegetables
1 whole egg
1 small size onion
4 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
fish sauce /patis
toyo or oyster sauce /or worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil or sesame oil
some green garlic chives




PAGLULUTO..

Sa isang kawaling paglulutuan ,painitin ito at maglagay ng 1 tbsp sesame oil at lutuin ang hipon at garlic..
timplahan ng asin at paminta.

kapag naluto na ang hipon at nangamoy na ang bawang isunod ang onion..igisa ito ..
then isunod ang rice ..haluin itong mabuti at isunod ang mix vegetables..haluin ulit..

Timplahan ng patis at toyo or oyster sauce /o worcestershire sauce..



Haluin ng one minute then itabi ang rice sa gilid ng kawali..gumawa ng awang at lagyan ng 1 tsp na oil..at ilagay ang itlog na binati..hayaan itong maluto at saka haluin kasama ng kanin..

Haluin itong mabuti at hayaang maluto..budburan ng garlic chives ..then luto na..




Serve with lemon or pickled vegetables like atsara or any fresh na gulay..

Quick TAPSILOG

Madaliang Luto for lunch
Simple and easy Recipe
i just want to share my daughter's lunch meal and my lunch today..
bago magschool araw araw ito ang trabaho ko sa bahay..pag-sapit naman ng gabi food ng Mr ko..
busy po lage ako..pero lagalag pa ren ako ,after ng homework ko sa bahay..enjoy diba?






For making Tapa ( adobo style )
300 grams sliced Beef
3 tbsp Vinegar or adjust
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Black pepper and salt
2 tsp Sugar
crushed Garlic
can add lemon or kalamansi

1/2 tbsp olive oil or use butter..(ihahalo kapag maluluto na ang beef)

 ingredients for fried rice
2 1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
 chopped garlic
patis /fish sauce
black pepper
turmeric powder

2 eggs...for the side dish


Paghahanda at Pagluluto

Making Easy Tapa adobo version
Marinade beef kahit 20 minutes , ihalo ang toyo,suka,paminta,bawang,asukal ..at ibabad ng ilang minuto .
i did 10 minutes lang then nilaga ko na sya sa kawali with the sauce..
 cover and cook in low fire ,para di masunog..always checked para di matuyot ang sauce ..
after a minutes kung sure ng luto ang meat, we will add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil .and cook a few minute in low heat..



Garlic Turmeric Fried Rice
I saute the garlic in oil ,until golden brown and fragrant ..
then hinalo ko ang malamig na rice ( right amount for lunch only )
then adding some turmeric.( to make color yellow rice )
with salt and a little black pepper,or patis if you like..
then ganun lang haluin at ready na..

Making the Fried Egg ( cooked yolk or well done ) is according sa gusto nyo
Heat a non stick fry pan para di manikit ang itlog..make sure mainit ang oil at kawali ..
crack the egg in a small bowl bago nyo i direct iprito ,para hindi mabasag ang yolk
Cover and cook in low fire ,kung maramihan ang iluluto..at hindi masunog ang egg
kapag  hindi na dumidikit ang egg sa pan..buhusan nyo ng 1 tbsp na tubig at lutuin ng pa steam..and that's all..serve with rice and adobo tapa..

then eat with veggies salad,atsara or whatever anong meron sa ref nyo na bagay sa food na ito..
i made milk soup which is sopas ang lasa na wala lang na macaroni..

Pinoy Java Rice

        Simple Java Rice( Turmeric Fried Rice )

Java rice with tocino on Top



Ingredients ..

Cooked Rice
Cooking oil or Butter
Garlic
Toasted Garlic (for Garnish)
Onion
Paprika or bell pepper
Salt and Black pepper
TURMERIC
Anato Powder Or Atsuete Oil
Tocino meat or any meat of your choice
Soy sauce

To Continue Cooking...

1. Heat oil in a saute pan or large skillet ,over medium heat,Add garlic ,onion,bell pepper.
cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with Atsuete Powder to add color to the ingredients,and stir well
3.Pour the amount of cooked rice ,mix them together
4.Add seasoning,Sprinkle with Turmeric powder until rice turns to yellow
5..Add another seasoning ,like salt and black pepper,a little soy sauce or patis is nice too but can be optional, according to your taste
6.Then cook ,by stirring frequently ..

And serve on a plate ,garnish with toasted garlic and fried tocino on top or tocino as side dish.
