Ingredients
5 pieces chicken wings drumstick
1/4 cup curry powder or adjust according to your taste
water for boiling chicken ( 3 cups or more )
20 grams HEAVY CREAM or nestle cream
2 tbsp Butter
1 medium size onion
garlic
Paminta
1 medium size tomato
small cut carrots /or use potato
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
a dash of Paprika Powder
a dash of All Spices Herb /or use Laurel
a small cut Star anise /maaring tanggalin kapag nakapagbigay na ng lasa .
a dash of Cinnamon powder /optional
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper or siling pulbos/or adjust
some sugar (2 tbsp )
2 tsp Oyster Sauce (this is my style .kahit wala pero i find it more masarap kung meron)
2 tsp VINEGAR ( its also my style ) but can be optional
1 got mixed beans so i added beans in my chicken curry
PAGLULUTO.is BOIL METHOD ,wala n g gisahan
Give a quick hot water blanch or pakuluan ng isang kulo ang chicken meat at banlawan sa malamig na tubig para maalis ang dumi at dugo..( i'm doing this for healthy matter ,no need long explanation)
at saka ilaga ang manok sa 3 cups na tubig ( adjust as it needed)na may timplang laurel,star anise ,paminta ,
Palambutin lang muna ang manok.
then ihalo ang lahat ng sangkap maliban sa Curry powder at HEAVY CREAM.
lutuin sa mahinang apoy..(slow cooker )
obserbahan lage ,haluin para di manikit..
then adjust the taste and water add as it needed..
kapag malambot na ang carrots.. ihalo ang curry powder at cream ..then haluin para di manikit o masunog at lutuin sa mahinang apoy..
