Mani man ay masustansya kung sosobra ay sempre hindi ren maganda..
according to expert one palm or one grab of your palm is enough everyday to eat peanuts..
in peanut butter 1 tbsp is enough once a day or depends on your body built , activities ,age and height..anyway,...luto na tayo.
MGA SANGKAP
2 cup Raw Peanuts/maliliit na mani ang laki
1 to 2 head of Garlic/sliced or chopped
1 to 2 tsp pink salt or sea salt
dash of white pepper
3 small dried laurel leaves'
3 dried red chilli pepper or siling labuyo
Cooking Oil
2 cup water
PAG HAHANDA AT PAGLULUTO
1.Magpainit ng kaunting mantika para lutuin ang bawang..make Toasted garlic..as crisp as you like,then set aside ..
2. Sa isang bowl ilagay ang raw peanut at buhusan ng 2 cups water.
haluin ng bahagya ng kamay but carefull not to damage the skin of peanuts..about 20 seconds only..
then remove water ant salain to remove exess water.set aside.
2.Magpainit ng kawali na may mantikang pag lulubugan ng mani..kahit 2 cups oil okay na..
kapag mainit na ang mantika ihulog ang Peanuts haluin ng bahagya , ilagay ang laurel at siling labuyo..haluin hanggang sa maluto..4 to 5 minutes ..just check nyo lang ..
3.Kapag luto na,isalin sa isang lalagyan ang nilutong mani budbudan ng asin at ihulog ang toasted garlic...Palamigin bago kainin or eat while its warm..
