Cassava snack candies..My original recipe .
Ingredients..
Kalamay cassava
Cocoa powder
Sugar powder
Coconut oil or butter
Shredded Cassava with coconut milk and sugar cooked in pan (adding little butter or oil)
Just form a candy ball and roll it in cocoa powder with sugar powder..
And then you have CASSAVA TRUFFLES candies..
