Longganisa at home

Simple and easy making of Longganisa..Adobo Flavor


VIDEO COOKING OF LONGGANISA





INGREDIENTS...

350 g. Ground Pork add more lard if want fatty longganisa...makes 12 pieces
1 tbsp atsuete powder to give color
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 to 3 tbsp vinegar or add more if want more sour flavor of adobo.
1tsp salt salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 to 2 tbsp sugar or according to your taste
1 head of large garlic size or 1/4 cup minced garlic or use powder instead..

adding other spices is according to your taste..
like paprika
 ketchup
7-up
pineapple juice
patis
and so on..


combine all the ingredients and massage by hands and make a shape of longganisa
and wrap with saran wrap or aluminum foil ..
rest in the freezer ( 30 minutes is okay)before cooking..
