Scallion Pancake Pinoy style



Lutong Chinese o lutong Korean or lutong Japanese pa ito,
Dahil ako ang nagluto at nagtimpla
Pinoy na ang lasa nito .Ang totoo Korean style ang malimit kong kainin nito ,may nira (garlic chives)
 ,minsan may togue pa syang halo at maanghang ang sawsawan na medyo maasim..

At narito ang mga sangkap na aking hinalo ,simple madali at masarap..
Pulutan meryenda o dagdag na ulam..kayo ng bahala ..

Ingredients..
1 cup Cake Flour ( i used Mixed Korean Pancakes )
100 grams chopped Scallions
Tuna in can..(add according to your taste) or use pork meat,sea food,etcs..
Black pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper or siling pulbos
1 cup water
1 egg
1/4 cup grated cheese



For Dipping sauce

3 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 to 2 tsp Sesame oil
Patis
Paminta
1/2 tbsp Sugar/adjust
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed
Chopped Scallions

You can add fresh onions,chopped garlic or fresh siling labuyo (make your own Sawsawan)



Paghahanda at Pagluluto
1..Gayatin ang Scallion tulad ng nasa larawan..


2.Sa isang bowl ,Pagsama samahin ang mga sangkap..


3..Magpainit ng kawali na may kaunting mantika,at kumuha ng mga 2 to 3 tbsp na batter mixure.at iprito ng tulad ng pancake size..



4..iprito ng gustong laki at nipis ,lutuin according sa gustong tagal ng luto..then serve and enjoy with sukang maanghang na sawsawan..
