Pakbet with Sabaw

Pinakbet na medyo may kaunting sabaw at medyo labog na gulay..
i like half cooked veggies pero i just want to reminisce my childhood days kung paano kami lutuan ni nanay ng pakbet na parang sinigang na pakbet .alam nyo ,kapag marami kayo sa pamilya kailangan ,idea sa pag papadami ng ulam...right?



Ingredients is as always..
adding seafoods or meat is depends on you..




i use pork chop (2 pieces) wash and clean or blanch or boil in a minute kung worried kayo sa dirt
1 medium size ampalaya
1/4 kilo of kalabasa
12 pieces okra
1 large size talong
1 medium kamatis and onion
3 cloves crust garlic
some cooking oil
4 cups water or broth you like (pork fish or beef)
some bagoong alamang/cooked or raw..
paminta and patis
i added a bit suka / optional



Paghahanda at Pagluluto
wash and cut the veggies according to size bites you like

TIPS-to lessen the bitter taste of ampalaya,kayurin ang puting parte sa gitna ng spoon ,makakabawas ito sa pait...or sit in salt for 15 minutes and rinse it..

iprito ang pork sa kauntin g mantika
isamang igisa ito or set aside,at ihalo ang meat later..
then igisa ang sibuyas bawang at kamatis...lagyan ng sapat na dami ng bagoong na gusto at lagyan ng 4 na cups na tubig...



ihalo ang mga gulay at lutuin sa mahinang apoy..lutuin ng medyo labog ang gulay..
takpan ng bahagya..
ayusen ang timpla ,patis ,paminta or more bagoong..
then ready to serve na..enjoy..
